Pennywhistles
Barter Loch pennywhistles are sweet and clear in the high octave, round and pleasant in the low, and evoke the best of the vintage instruments many remember fondly from the earlier days of the trad revival.
Featuring crisp attack (often called “chiff”) these whistles are audible even in large sessions without resorting to overpowering volume.

Polymer whistles are available in black, green, blue, red, purple, and teal. Bronze whistles can optionally be oxide treated, which forms a matte, jet-black coating that aids in grip and is resistant to wear.

Cast bronze - $400
The volume is on par with Generation and Feadóg-style whistles, but I can make them a bit louder or softer at your request. The solid bronze whistles are inherently a tad louder due to the extra wall thickness and foot ring.
